Problems at Rainham Mark site

Does anybody know about problems at the Rainham Mark site? According to a long comment on the Kent Independent Education Advice website, they were running late and cut the breaks and cut the length of one of the tests to make up for it. If it's true (Medway deny it) that's worse than anything the other sites have got to complain about.
