Does anybody have any idea when we should be receiving our dates for appeal?

Hi

I received my appeal date last week.

Just working on what questions to ask the panel. If anyone out there has any tips on questions to throw at the appeal panel, would love to hear from you.

Is your date after the easter hols, really thought I would have got a letter by now, we are also quite close to the cut off mark 523 so frustrating!!Its now harder to appeal now with the new code regarding reasons why the review was conducted in an unfair way, I believe the whole system is a shambles, changing what they want when they want! I am too trying to gather questions to ask, seems the parents that havent reviewed have an advantage to those who have regarding their evidence, outrageous!!Hopefully I will have calmed down by the time I get to the panel!!!lol!!

Silversurfer - also concentrate on working out what sort of questions the appeal panel may ask you so you are prepared with an answer.

I had my appeal date last week, for the week after easter hols.
I have also had my paperwork (the schools case and copies of all my papers submitted) sent to me.

Don't know about the rest of you but I think it will be quite traumatic!

I didn't realise they sent your paperwork back before appeal,

One of my friends who is appealing for Medway has received nothing yet.

I have heard today that Fort Pitt appeal letters are due out on the 23rd April, got a long wait!

my appeal date is 23rd April.
