Help I need a house in Rainham
Hi all,
most of the details of my problem are in the Kent forum
http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/forum/ ... php?t=5645
My situation is that I have sold my house but not found anywhere to buy yet and time is running out before my buyers want to move in !
It is my intention to move to Rainham as my son attends RMGS and I work at a Rainham school, I have appealed for Rainham Girls for my daughter
So if any of you lovely people hear of a property to rent in Rainham PLEASE let me know! many thanks xxxxxxx

property to rent
Have you looked in the local papers , there are always loads in them ?
Twydall Lane
There is a house to rent in Twydall Lane , it's with Seekers . I'm not sure how many bedrooms , but is easy walking distance of both RMGS & RG.

Thanks Anne
so kind of you to think of me, unfortunately it was a 1 bed.
Still searching, now desperate as my house sale completion looms ever closer......DD needs to know at least where she will be living....even if she is the only one of her year who has no idea where she will be going to school in September!
thanks everyone....PLEASE keep you eyes open for me and my kids

Can't believe how much it is to rent a house , far more then our mortgage .

Yes renting is expensive......at least 250 more than mortgage I am currently paying! But needs must and I havent got time to complete a purchase now even if I find somewhere cheap enough to buy!
Rainham seems to be 750 pm for 3 bed ! outrageous ....but am hoping that house prices will drop in a year enabling me to afford to buy again!
the circumstances leading to me selling make me so angry......at least the schooling problems took my mind off that for a while!
