I'd like advice on preparing for the maths section of the Calderdale 11+. I think it's 40 questions in 30 minutes rather than a standard 11+ maths paper and it's hard to get the timings right without real sample papers to have a go at. How did other home-tutorors go about it? Can you get hold of past Calderdale papers? Thanks!

Hi Annie,

I'm not aware of any Calderdale past papers I just used a selection of different papers. Bond, Indie school past papers like Manchester Grammar or any other of the 11+ maths papers. As the papers are set by the school I'm not sure you'll find anything exactly right but by attempting different papers they'll hopefully cope with whatever gets thrown at them.
