St Ambrose oversubcription criteria
Had a letter today advising of a change to the criteria from the Draft that was circulated at the open day.
Basically back to how it was before the draft , with local nominated deaneries taking precedence over other Catholic boys.
Just in case this helps anyone.

There has been reviews of acceptance criteria at a number of Trafford schools, as I received a note regarding an over subscribed comprehensive. This change happened after an appeal to the Schools Adjudicator.
In the LA booklet St Ambroses criteria was not published and this statement appeared.
"The admission arrangements for St Ambrose College are currently
being considered by the Office of the Schools Adjudicator."
I would assume that the adjudicator has now approved the existing rules.
