Hi,

Our daughter took the exam for AGGS and passed.

We were outside the catchment area and have moved since within the catchment area.

The authority want proof that we have moved permanently, specifically disposal of the old property. The old property was owned by a relative and therefore there was no formal tenancy agreement. How can we prove that the old property is no longer available to us as it is still empty at the moment?

Thanks.

Who is paying council tax now on the old property?
Can you get some proof by this means? ie that is in relatives name.

It can be difficult to prove that you have left somewhere - even if you still own it or it potentially available to you so may have to lean on the committment to the new adress ie leas on that / use of the address such have you got things like child benefit registered at new address ?
New NHS card ? etc
