I just wondered what the general experience of results was this year. On talking to people it seems that there are quite a few surprises in those that didn't pass. The main surprise seems to be in the verbal reasoning score that was a lot lower than the practice paper results would have suggested.
It could just be that this was the case amongst people I know. It is interesting that the top year 8 Maths set at AGSB were asked to do a verbal reasoning paper ' just to see what the standard was' My dd was getting high 80s in all her practice verbal papers and yet got 106 as her score in the AGGS paper
