Unless you're planning to do something dishonest, I see no reason why you can't ring the LEA and get clarification.

If you move house before the start of the application process then you can tackle the whole process from one address and will not be required to prove or demonstrate anything.

As for the schools admissions policies.... don't get me started.

We are thinking of moving house for next september ,so that my daughters studies will not be distrubed this year(she is in year 5).Is that ok or do we need to move before submitiing application for assesment form in May?

I think you are wise to plan so far ahead.

The first form you have to submit is the school's own application form which at AGGS is not required until just 3 weeks before the mid September exam. So you could move as late as August and still have the easyish passage of just one address throughout.

Thank you so much.We are still thinking weather to move to Trafford or Wirral?

For Wirral we have to submit the application for assesment in May.
