Have been offered a place at AGSB, we are out of catchment (Bury). So relieved!!! :P

I am in Manchester LEA and know of lots pf people who would love to know the answer to that question?

Lots of friends still waiting for 'Out of Area' places for AGSB/AGGS.

I have no idea what the actual cut off score is for out of catchment, but assume it will be similar to last year. DS scored 398

I always read alty offering places within 7-8miles. We are out of catchment(2014 intake) and this allocation , felt positive. :)

Once you are out of catchment, distance doesn't matter for the Boys school. The places are offered on the basis of the highest score rather than distance.

We got an offer @ AGBS for our son. So relieved as v r out of catchment too (Stockport)
