Are primary schools aware of test results?

A bit of a follow on from the playground this morning, are primary schools given the test results as well?
I imagine they have quite a lot to deal with today.

Our HT said they are not informed by the schools. We have been asked to let school know the results.

Thanks, not heard that from ours. The Yr6 teachers were all on duty in the playground this morning.
