Are you unhappy with 2009 Wirral Appeals Procedures?

If you were unhappy with the Wirral Appeals procedure this year, please share your experiences here or PM me.
We have lodged a complaint with the Government Ombudsman as Wirral failed to follow the correct procedures set out in the School Admission Appeal Code with our appeal.
If your appeal was for non qualification/oversubscription, did you receive written evidence to support the authorities claim of prejudice to efficient education/resources 7 days prior to your appeal, or was this information presented to you on the day with an overhead projector?
Was the Local Authority representative and panel already seated when you entered the room for your appeal hearing? Did the Local Authority representative leave the room with you and the Clerk after your appeal hearing?
Did your decision letter fully explain what matters and views were taken into consideration by the panel? If your appeal was unsuccessful, are you able to fully understand why your appeal did not succeed?
