Hello to all my 11+ friends.
I'm still here too-just away from my computer last week

My little boy was a lot better last week-He had a temperature right up to the previous Saturday and we nearly pulled him out but we kept him away from school right up to the test and on the day he was rested and ok-so I'm still Hopeful!
Obviously had very nasty virus-thinking about it we all know stress lowers the immune system so perhaps he was more worried than he appeared to be? But my other boy was ill the previous week so it's likely he caught it from him-wrong time of year.

The concensus amongst his friends and my neice who is also taking the exam this year was the 2nd test was easier than the first.
I've put all of the stuff away for 4 years until I have to do it all over again-trying not to think about March but there's nothing I can do about it now so it's time for Christmas and lots of festive spirit (in a bottle).

Pensby-hope your boy had a nice birthday and is well and happy

Hiya Den
Glad to hear your son okay and found the papers okay.

My son had a great birthday and it was a good distraction from the papers, isn't it your sons soon?

He's happy it's all over now and life can go back to normall, what do we do on a Sunday morning now? no practice papers to do !!

Anyway keep in touch between now and March

Hi HopefulDen,

I'm so glad your son was well enough to sit the test, it would have been more worry for you to wait for a new test date.

Fingers crossed for March!

Scatshouse.
