This is an error that comes up every year.

Always start from how old they are NOW.

Isabella = 8

Sebastian = 10 [3 years older than Isabella was last year]

Duncan = 22 [twice as old as Sebastian will be next year]

Strangely, I have an old copy of this paper where Isabella is 4 years old, making Duncan 14...

I bought the book recently but it seems it was last edited in 2003. I wonder how much of an effort it would be on their part to update it more regularly so there are less errors
