Where did the Tutors Method and Technique go? I'm sure it was available for free download?
And didn't Patricia have her own Method and Technique? Is that available anywhere?

I think the authors withdrew the VR free download. Patricia's method and techniques are spread out over the forum. Unfortunately no combined edition.
