In question 35 of Learning Lab paper 7 it states find the odd two out from:

fawn boots kit adult kid

My son went for fawn and kid are baby animals and boots and adult are not and got this right. However what baby animal is a kit? Is it meant to be short for kitten?

According to Enchanted Learning it is the young of any of the following:

Squirrel, weasel, badger, fox, ferret, skunk, rabbit

The question is pretty bizarre because, although it is possible to answer it through a process of elimination, there should be a possibility of solving it from learned vocabulary, and "kit" would certainly not be part of that for a 10 year old.
