Question types and different areas

Hi all,
Hope you can help me. How do I find out what VR question types are used in various areas? I didn't even know until yesterday that there were different types. I live in Lancs. Do the HIKNOS type questions get tested in the Lancaster VR tests? And...I know that I am going to sound really stupid here...but what is different about the HIKNOS questions which sets them apart from the other types? I have seen many people on the forum as I have read the posts avidly over the weekend recommending The Tutors materials. I am not sure how to find these materials. can someone give me a link? Is there a book which does not only gve samples of VR questions, but also explains how to tackle them? Lots of questions, I know and I hope you don't mind, but I am lost in this maze. Jehan
