Hi Patricia,

A quick question

Would you recommend anything for VR test that is set by the school itself. Not much information is provided other than it is hand written answers and that it only makes up 20% of the overall mark. The school suggest any verbal reasoning books from WHSmiths.

Thanks

Roger

Dear Roger

Suggesting any VR publication from a bookshop covers a multitude of types and techniques.

Which school/area are you applying for, this may help.

How often should VR & NVR papers be completed in a week?

Hi Patricia

I am currently sending my daughter to a tutor for 11+ practice, she recieves a VR paper once a week and completes test in the lesson which is 2 hours long. Is this enough. She is getting scores of 47 out of 50, 92 out of 100.

Is this enough practice or should i be getting her to complete 2 papers a day for VR & NVR??

The tutor is only working on VR & NVR but i would like my child to try Chelmsford county high for girls as well as Woodford County High for girls. Should i as the tutor to do Maths and English too....

Do you know of a tutor on the site who lives in Redbridge as i could not find it on this site??

Thanks Guest
