I haven't used any. But I know a friend who has downloaded/bought some from amazon I think. I have a list from the beginning of every word (whether similar, opposite, multiple meaning or even in the 'odd 2 out' type) that DS has got wrong. I made a 3 column table out, in the first column I put the word, the 2nd and 3rd columns I left blank for DS to use a thesaurus and find both similar and opposite words. Its worked really well. Yes vocab is still an issue, but he is only getting one or two of these types wrong on a paper now. I also photocopied the pages that had these questions types on and made a booklet - I will randomly shout out to him "whats another word for broad.....whats the opposite" etc etc.
