Am I right in thinking that a question will be marked wrong even if part of it is right. For ex : Breeze is to (gale storm cool) as shower is to (bath deluge wet). If DS has marked storm & deluge on multiple choice paper as his answer then he will be marked 0 for this question even though deluge part of it is right.

Am I marking correctly or will he be given half mark. How does the computer mark in the real exam. Please suuggest :?

Unfortunately this would be marked wrong. The computer will only recognise exact correct answers and so will mark accordingly. The same if the child only marked one of the correct words if the other one wasn't marked then this would be incorrect.
