Surrey's coordinated schemes for 2012/3 admissions stipulate 6 preferences for secondary admissions and 3 for primary.

Ironically, this has helped us out while we're moving *out* of the Surrey area. It let us specify some schools in our new area, and keep some space for a couple of Surrey schools just in case the move goes pear-shaped.

We're right out in the west of the county, so don't have to worry over-much about the selection process, but i can see why you'd want more choices in Kingston & Sutton. How can the CAF be "common" if every borough has their own take on it?
