Has anyone received e-mail from eadmissions?
Not sure when they will start sending e-mails. Why wait until evening? Why not early morning? They had sufficient time to complete the allocation.

So that they aren't inundated with phone calls from 9am is my guess. Very irritating.London_Dad wrote:Has anyone received e-mail from eadmissions?

Re: 1st March
Good luck everybody waiting.
Some counties send their emails at midnight but London's results go live at 5pm. The email can take several hours to arrive but the online system will show results from 5pm onwards.
If you apply from an LA outside London, you can get your results much earlier even if the school you are allocated is a London based one hence some people already know they have a place at Tiffins.

Re: 1st March
Many congratulations Princessdad, that's fantastic news. May I ask how your daughter found the second stage maths/english papers at Tiffins? Did she come out feeling she had done well?
Re: 1st March
Any idea what the lowest qualifying score is for Tiffin boys/girls?
I have couple of friends who are too worried to look themselves....

Re: 1st March
Tiffins would post the letters today, so hopefully, from tomorrow, we will know what the initial cut-off was for this year's intake.
More interesting would be Tiffin Girls results and the effect of weighting of Stage 2 tests. Hope that many parents would share the results of theirs DDs.
