 Post subject: Greenshaw high school

Hi,anyone know about greenshaw high school my sister Son offerd place but They know nothing as They Came recent to uk and the Son is very bright and is been in the waiting list for tiffin and number 7 in sutton grammar school
Please Any detail could help
The area , behaviour,the school it self

Do you mean Greenshaw in Sutton? Perhaps a Moderator can relocate your post. to Surrey Region - you should get more responses there:-)

Greenshaw allocate 60 places to high ability children based on a test so I presume they'd have good opportunities and a curriculum in place suitable for able students.
There's still a good chance that the waiting lists will move though so he may get a grammar offer before the end of the Summer.

I have friends whose children go there. They passed the entrance exam and are very happy there. One child is from an independent school the other two from a local state primary, the school seems to encourage the children and they are thriving. I think the school seems to make a real effort and the parents seem really pleased.

The good thing is My ds got offer for slough grammar
So we decline greenshaw and still waiting to HEAR from
Sutton grammar and qe
