Hi,

My DD got a place in Tiffin this year. We are all so excited. Can anyone tell me if there are any After school clubs or the clubs are in lunch time.

Also if anyone's daughter has been going from hounslow, is it ok to PM me the details of the travelling time and the convenience.

Thanks

If you look at their website, you will find quite a few during lunch time - so would be quick in-out sort of clubs. None or rarely after school, unless your DD is in sports team or orchestra.

Some choir rehearsals and school drama production rehearsals are also after school.

I pretty sure this is not an exhaustive list but it gives an idea...http://www.tiffingirls.kingston.sch.uk/Websites/tiffin/files/Content/3705413/Activities_2013-14.pdf
The general principle seeming to be that most clubs are lunchtime but some sport/music etc is after school.

Hello Nvasu

A friend of our DD in Year 8 travels from Hounslow on the 281 bus to Cromwell Road bus station in Kingston, and then joins everyone else on the 65 up to school from the stop opposite The Rotunda.

Hoe that is helpful to you, sure you could look on TFL website for timings etc.

My daughter got into TGS too and she is very happy. However, we have'nt yet received any email from the school inviting us on the 3rd of April. Has everyone received an email or are some still waiting.

Perhaps you need to contact the school.
