It's in the FAQs on the school website.

From memory, at our time, letters were posted on Wednesday. Most received those on Thursday; we and quite a few of Kingston parents received those on Saturday. Not the School's fault. Royal Mail's discretion, when to deliver the most important mail.

They have this modern day thing called "e-mail" these days which they are suggesting they will use... :)

That's great. Once they send post by second class and many parents kept asking why not use e-mails. Nice to see they are catching up with modern times.
