My DS took the second stage test for WCGS & Wilson and passed both. :D
For WCGS he found the maths very hard :( for Wilson found it to be relatively easy  .

For SGS they provide some information on the English Test.
Any one know what the Maths is likely to be ?

The headmaster at open day, said National Curriculum level 6 would be sufficient.

My son got a place last year but we choose WCGS. The indie papers prepared DS for the Maths e.g consortium papers, manchester et al. All the very best to your DS :D

The English will be two parts.

Part 1 Write story or Essay
Part 2 Construct some sort of an argument based on some material given

This is only my assumption :?: .

Many boys tend to find this type of task very changeling !
