Thanks for good luck wishes for the GS's. Yep, if he does sit all three grammars and both the indies it will be 5 exams...what an awful mother I am?
Not sure how many that do get interviewed if all of them get offered a place...but surely they must do...like croydom mum mentioned, i too thought the interview was such a formality?

We decided to sit DS for just one exam this year, at 10+ - we thougt 2 exams might be a bit too much for the poor boy! We marginally preferred Trinity.

Will try Whitgift and Trinity next year if he doesn't get a place this time.

Originally we put DS to sit these exams in preparation for the 11+, wanted to familiarise him with the process. But the nearer we got to it, the more we thought he could be in with a chance.

Am glad we have done it, but it is rather stressful and am not looking forward to going through it again! :roll:
