What might my daughter (age 4)/me be asked at interview?

I met a parent at a mother and toddler group once who was irate because she felt the prep school she wanted was 'holding her son back academically' by insisting that he be toilet trained before he started. He was such a bright little thing, bless him, but just couldn't get the hang of 'number 2s'. Tragic.
