My child got a place at an Independent School but I forgot to write a letter in for an Assisted place. Can anyone help me regardig this matter.

Have you contacted them to see if they would consider a late application?

Is this one of the King Edward schools, because if so you don't need to write a letter. There is a box on the application asking if you want a bursary, and you just circle Yes or No.

I think it was Solihull School that that Pushymum was referring to.

Pushymum I think you will have to discuss it with the school and the Bursar - if they aren't beng helpful it may be because they feel that some people don't say until after the results that they want a bursary and this causes a lot of problems for them, and that is why they expect to be told beforehand.
