1. Clifton (bristol)
2. Kingswood (bath)

Which school is better, in terms of pastoral care and academic performance and number of international students?

I would say Clifton. I used to teach many of their boys to drive. They were punctual, dilligent and invariably well mannered and very easy to get on with... mind you that was 30 + years ago!
