Bursaries question

Thanks for all the replies. I have been trying to decipher all the information required.. The form asks for capital assets, liabilities, all outgoings except for 'normal expenses' (not sure if things like petrol and council tax come under these). And I've just noticed there's fine print that says I'll need to do this every year..

I agree that the process should be as 'fair' as possible, however there will always be a small margin where those 'in the know' are able to successfully work the system. I have filled it out as best as I can so now we'll just have to wait and see.
