Hi!
Does anyone know roughly how many children are being interviewed for South Hampstead and for many places. Also someone posted elsewhere that some people would just get acceptance letters and they only interview borderline children. DD got an interview and we were pleased, but should we be worried?

I don't know the numbers but the poster who said that was not correct. No-one will get any acceptance letter until the 13th of February, and they will choose among the girls they have interviewed. They don't make offers without seeing the girls first. So enjoy having made it through the first round and fingers crossed for results day!

Hi - I posted that borderline girls got interviewed but I was incorrect. They interview all girls who got through the exam. I will correct it on the other thread where I posted that bad information. If you look on SHHS website under entry at 11+ it does state that they interview all girls who got through the exam. My apologies for the misinformation!
