Any experience of Old Palace?

Hi all
My DD got an offer for Old Palace in croydon. But I just wanted to know a few things before I accept. My main concern is do the girls get streamed in Year 7. What happens to those who struggle? Do they just concentrate on the highly academic? Are there exams every year?
