What is the academic exam after the test,they said they call for assessment after test .

Assessment does not mean academic exam. They have a group practical text for those who do well in the exam. They also have scholarships tests for those who do very well in the exam. The group test will be something like a science experiment or building something together. They are looking to make sure girls are team players and have no unpleasant character traits such as bullying or selfishness. DG
