11 Plus Exams Forum

Hello I know this is the 11 plus forum but I was wondering if anyone is going through the 13 plus at the moment as there are no 13 plus forums?!

If you look you will see that there is also a GCSE and a 6th form section, but it would be a good idea to have a 13 plus section if there was enough interest. DG

Does 13+ need a special section? The only schools that do it are indies, aren't they? So I would have thought this board could accommodate parents wanting to talk about selection at either 11+ or 13+ because a lot of the things they're likely to want to talk about will be much the same for both ages. We already have people posting on here about schools like Eton that don't take anybody until they're 13 anyway. Are they all discussing pre-tests taken at 11+, or are some of them already discussing 13+ exams?

Edit - just checked, and there are 3 threads about 13+ on the front page of this board today. So walk right in, 13plusmum, pull up a chair and sit down, there are others in the same boat as you who are already part of the community.
