Hi,

my DS is on the waiting list and I am going crazy (I know it will be a long wait..) I understand that they over offer, so chances of going to the waitlist are slim..

So, I was hoping that if there is anybody who has decided to give up a space, they would be kind enough to let me know, so I don't lose hope.

are people taking their offers or is it simply that that there aren't that many KCS offer holders on this forum?

I think you may need to wait until after March 1st when secondary school places are allocated. I am sure there will be movement on the waiting list, especially as some parents will be deciding on whether they opt for grammar school or private.
