Exam dates clash question

We are in South West London, and intending to apply next year for Hampton Boys and Kings College Schools. If anyone is applying this year - are the exam dates compatible? (The reason I ask is that friend whose son wanted to do 10+ at those schools could o do both as the dates clash.) Am hoping that at 11+ there is more likely to be co-ordiantion between schools????
