Just back from interview at Loughborough! Maths department went through mistakes on paper (DS said he had made silly mistakes)!, then given further questions to do! Just a waiting game again now! Did well in English, verbal and non verbal though! Surprised as Maths is his strongest! :?

That's good that they give them the opportunity to go over mistakes. Most schools just take the highest scores and give no consideration to silly mistakes.

Well Done!

Crossing my fingers for you Heidiho and master Heidiho

When will you know the result? Do you prefer this school over the one you have an offer for?

We should know the result tomorrow!!! If we have an offer, it will be a really difficult decision! I really did not think my DS would get into Loughborough (which he may not)! Never thought we would maybe have a choice!!! :D

Wonderful but very difficult! :? But amazing confidence boost for DS :D :D

OMG!!!! We have just come home from a celebratory chinese meal! Our DS has a place at Loughborough too!!!!

Can't quite believe it! He is sooooooo pleased; as are we!

Now need to decide between the two schools!

Thank you all again for the last few months of support! Without this forum we would never have entered him for the exams! And what a shame that would have been! :(

:D :D :D

What a great dilemma to be in! When do you have to decide by and does your son have a preference?

We were fortunate that, last year, Ed's preference matched ours.

Congratulations Heidiho and Master Heidiho!!

thanks Ed's mum! We have to decide by March! Son is also very unsure. He has already started to give marks to each and so far is at 10 all!
At the moment it is all amazing! However I am concerned it may become more difficult! I have a small preference but am reluctnant to voice it until my son has expressed his!
