Rub out or cross through
Hi,
I have been given conflicting advice on how to correct a mistake on a Bucks multiple choice paper. Is it best to rub out or strike through the answer box and corresponding word?
Thanks

Re: Rub out or cross through
I'm fairly sure it is rub out - they are computer read so any crossings out would confuse the issue.
PS I've just had a look at the front of a familiarisation paper and it says "If you make a mistake, rub it out as completely as you can and put in your new answer".
