optional year 4/5 sats papers

I thought I recollected reading on this site there was somewhere to download optional yr 4/5 sats papers. I can only find yr 6 official sats papers. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Dudley council education department - these have been the only downloadable optional SATS papers I have ever found on the web.
