Hi

Sorry if I dont explain this very well but hopefully someone can help. Can anyone explain to me how to answer questions worth 3 marks in SAT papers without writing loads and loads of text? I have been trying to explain it to my DD without success. For example after reading a passage, if you were asked to "explain fully" the answer to a particular question - is there a way/technique for answering questions in order to gain 3 marks without writing paragraph after paragraph? What my DD seems to do is have three good answers but joins them altogether into the first part of the answer and then doesnt have two other reasons as she has already included them in the first part ? she spends so long answering the first bit that she doesnt leave enough time to explain her other reasons.

Is there an easy way to explain or show her?
Thanks
:(
