KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Can anyone tell me what ks level a raw score of 24/40 in the 2008 maths A (non calculator) level 3-5 paper would equate to?
Re: KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Level 4, the tests are not designed to give sub-levels. This is 60%, 75-80% for a level 5.

Thankyou.
Re: KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Levels are stated for one paper - it does not work like that.
Re: KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Mark scheme is here for 2008 Maths SATs - and level thresholds (combined, not per paper) are
Code: Select all
Level Mark range
N 0-14
2 15-17
3 18-44
4 45-77
5 78-100
Re: KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Unfortunately it is the only mark he knows. He sat papers a and b at school (not entirely sure why) but didnt do the mental maths. I am just curious as his last report level was a 3c which seemed low.
Re: KS2 maths sats - raw score ? level
Due to all the changes surrounding Sats and level thresholds ... do the above level mark ranges still apply or have they changed?Okanagan wrote:Mark scheme is here for 2008 Maths SATs - and level thresholds (combined, not per paper) areCode: Select all

They slightly different each year - those were for 2008. Have a look here for 2013.
