Unexpected SATs result

Unexpected SATs result
I received my DS school report last week and his Maths got the level which is lower than teacher assessment. He had fever on Exam days however we don't expected he got this result. 
Could I request to know the sub-level / raw score from school?
Will the bad result affect him in the secondary school?

Have they checked his paper to see what went wrong? Sometimes there are errors in marking.
We don't set on KS2 results but you need to ask the school where he is going.

I don't know if they checked it or not. But I will try to see his class teacher these two day.
Don't think I could ask the secondary school now cause their summer term finished last week.
