Correct Punctuation of Bulleted Lists?

I think what I can conclude from all this is that it's not by accident that the Programme of Study uses the word "consistently" rather than "correctly"; it's clearly a matter of personal taste and 'house style'. However, consistency is key. Thanks for all the input everyone.
