In order to more fully understand the 2016 key stage 2 SATs results, is there anyway of obtaining:
1) The mean average scaled score.
2) The Standard deviation from the mean.

They have published the average for scores over 80 - look at the KS2 2016 thread.

What will be more useful when it comes, is the average for each KS1 level so you can see whether progress is 'as expected' or 'better than expected'.
