SATs level
Hi NR,
I agree that level 4 is the expected score, but as you're on this site, I assume that you're keen for your child to get into a Grammar School and my experience in terms of my son and his classmates (who attended a preparatory school) is that only those who achieved all level 5's got into grammar schools in the area (Birmingham).
Of course, the entrance exams don't exactly match SAT's - Non Verbal Reasoning, for example isn't measured directly at school. I'd ensure that your child is happy and has a broad experience of all types of life and academic learning...
