If you want a definitive answer, you'll have to go to the ombudsman! :)

Thank you so much everyone for your comments, thoughts and words of support. Your views and advice throughout this ordeal have been precious to us. We are still awaiting a response from the Ombudsman. Hopefully we should hear something soon though. Promise to keep you posted

Bad News

Post by HJC66 »

LGO have written on 23 July to say that they do not consider that our complaint should be pursued further but have given us until 10th August to reply to their letter. I don't want to bore everyone or give away my identity by reciting the letter word for word but is there anywhere I could post the contents for further advice on what to do next or whether to just give this up please?
