We are appealing for the results of Bexley Test DS was close.

we need to hand in CAF by Friday. Bexley Grammar will remain his first choice though we were wondering is it worth making other Bexley grammar schools one of our choices e.g Chis & Sid.
As I believe we are appealing to Bexley not BGS itself.

In case he wins the appeal if BGS has no space he may be considered for Chis & Sid for example.

Not sure what to do, advice much appreciated soonest.
Thanks!

No, you need to put the school on the caf and appeal to each school that won't offer a place.

Agreed, you appeal for each school you still want a place at. Generally speaking, whether you submit your appeal to the school or the LA depends on local arrangements (e.g. whether the schools are foundation or under LA control).

Just to add, our dear council will try to put you off from doing this. Don't listen to 'em!

Thanks for all responses and support, we have sent off CAF now with BGS & Chis & Sid.
We hope for the best.
