Have you seen the Q&As?http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/appeals
Having had a review, it's possible that this might limit the scope of any appeal:http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/appeal ... cation#b18
You will need to check with the admission authority of the school you're interested in to find out what their policy is regarding a review (i.e. could it restrict the sort of case you can ask to be considered at appeal?).
they still haven't replied nor have they responded to my email sent 3 days ago
If they haven't replied to your email within a week, you could telephone them to enquire what's happened. Alternatively - if you've had enough! - you could send a complaint to their complaints department, or (assuming you're a local resident) ask your local councillor to help.
have received email from bexley saying i can view answer sheet but not question sheet as it suject to a confidentiality agreement - anyone know if this is right or what it means?
They are entitled to keep the contents of the question paper confidential, and this may be an agreement between them and the test provider. Legally, they don't even have to allow you access to the answer paper - this is something they choose to do at their discretion.
