 Post subject: 11+ Kent Selections
PostPosted: Sat Mar 03, 2007 8:27 pm
Our daughter was not successful in achieving the required scores for 11+ & Kent tests despite having level 5's and did not get allocated her 3rd non-selective school. We llive in the catchment area for the 3rd school, but have been allocated a place by the council at the local community school and all information pertaining to this school is negative. We will appeal against their decision on the 3rd school and we have put her on the waiting list. Can anyone provide any help or advice if been in a similar situation with regards to the appeals process and the waiting lists. Our daughter is completely devastated.

Dear Dadofstone

If you haven't already done so, have a look at section C of the Q&As (follow link at top of page). This deals with appeals for oversubscribed schools.

Regards
