Can you appeal in more than 1 county?

We are out of county so have 3 different areas on our form. Can you only appeal once to one of those areas or are you able to appeal to each area if necessary and see which is successful?
DS qualified for Bucks, but not Berks. We don't yet know about Tiffin as results don't come out until 1st March and Berks appeal forms have to be in by 3rd Feb
. If I appeal for Berks, and then find I need to do same for Tiffin, would I be able to do both or would I have taken my one chance on Berks by then?
Any advice appreciated.
